You’ve been in NY for a little over a year. Any surprises? How are you adjusting to life in the States?

In general, what are some of the major trends and opportunities the advertising agency sector is experiencing in 2011?
You have very strong views regarding transparency and authenticity. Could you share those with us?
You had mentioned EURO RSCG has moved its tech lab in-house. What are the advantages? Your comments on empowering Millennials to lead projects and make decisions I find very refreshing, please share your perspective.
