I like what this company, PeopleMatter is doing: Steping up to help, mentor, and inspire a very unappreciated and underserved segment of the workforce: The hourly employee. Working retail. Working fast food. Working in the service industry. Most of whom work with little opportunity for career advancement, promotion - personal growth. PeopleMatter wants to change that. We had the opportunity to meet two members of the leadership team, Charles Wyke-Smith, the VP of product strategy, and Nate DaPore, president and CEO at the recent HR Tech Conference in Chicago.

Nate DaPore Biography
Nate DaPore possesses 10 years of sales, operations and marketing leadership in the human resource and benefits software space. Nate was a principal at Battery Park Ventures, where he led strategy and investments in the healthcare space.
Prior to Battery Park, Nate served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at the highly successful SaaS software provider Benefitfocus. There, he led consistent triple-digit, year-over-year growth, cultivating the company to become the leading employer benefits software provider. He has created, launched and executed unique sales, operational and marketing strategies for SaaS business models and developed teams that yielded remarkable results.
