Lin Coughlin Linda Coughlin, co-editor of Enlighted Power, is Chief Administrative Officer of Cendant Corporation. Prior to joining Cendant, she was the vice chair and president of Linkage, Inc., an organizational development firm specializing in leadership. In this far-ranging interview with Landed.fm senior producer Peter Clayton, Lin discusses many of the concepts core to Enlightend Power, and many of the challenges she's faced in corporate America. Lin Coughlin has spent most of her careerin the financial services industry at American Express Company, Citibank, and Scudder Investments. A Managing Director of Scudder Investments. Lin was president of the Americas Mutual Funds Group, chairman of the boards of three mutual fund organizations, and a member of the executive committee. She led four mutual funds businesses with combined assets under management of more than $100 billion and annual revenues in excess of $730 million. She was also responsible for investment operations supporting the entire portfolio of Scudder Investments business, with assets under management of more than $300 billion.

In her introduction, Lin defines enlightened power and uses her own values-based journey through corporate America to make a compelling case for inclusive leadership styles and organizations.
