SalesLadder.com was soon followed by FinanceLadder.com and MktgLadder.com, which specialize in the finance and marketing sectors, respectively. The latest introduction is UpLadder, specializing in Operations, HR, Technology and Law job.
Prior to founding TheLadders.com, Cenedella was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations at HotJobs.com. Cenedella shepherded the company's $436 million sale to Yahoo! in 2002. Before that, Cenedella founded, grew and sold an international trading company focused on the export of US-made pet food to Japan. A graduate of Harvard Business School, High Distinction, where he was named a Baker Scholar, Cenedella earned his B.A., Political Science at Yale.
Prior to founding Jobster, Jason led Strategic Planning & Alliances for T-Mobile USA. Jason's successes at T-Mobile include sourcing and negotiating several multi-million dollar product, marketing, and services relationships, overseeing new business planning, and leading the development and launch of a series of next generation products. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Jason held management positions at AOL Time Warner. Jason worked from 1993 to 1998 at the White House in Washington D.C., the final two years as senior aide to the White House Chief of Staff, Erskine Bowles.
