A Senior Client Partner in the New York office of Korn/Ferry International, Kim specializes in the recruitment and leadership development of senior-level executives in payments, financial services, technology and banking. Her frontline experience assessing, nurturing, and recruiting world class talent has won the trust of C-level executives around the globe.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Bishop spent 16 years at First Data Corporation, a global leader in e-commerce and payments based in Omaha, NE. There she was Executive Vice President of the $2B card division where she led Strategic Financial Services and Client Development. She established herself as an adept negotiator, business operator and turnaround expert. Prior to that, she held positions at Mid City Bank in Omaha, NE.

A sought-after speaker, Kim is frequently asked to talk about trends in financial services, best practices in leadership, executive development and banking before a wide variety of business groups and organizations. Most recently, she was an invited guest at the 2005 Women as Global Leaders Conference in Dubai,United Arab Emirates. She has also served as a panelist at the ABA Bankcard Conference in 2003 and has been widely quoted in trade publications on finance, credit and payments topics.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Wells Fargo Merchant Services and the American Banker's Association (ABA) School of Bankcard Management. She is affiliated with the International Museum of Women (IMOW) and is active in the Advisory Board of The Center for Women's Business Research, the Leadership Board at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, Women's Corporate Directors (WCD), International Women's Forum, The Committee of 200, Financial Women's Association (FWA) and the Belizean Grove.

Ms. Bishop earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. She is completing her Doctorate in Organization and Management at Capella University.
