I generally don't write comments in websites, etc, but I feel so strongly about Prosen's application-driven approach, that I thought I'd make an exception here. If you heard the podcast--go buy the book. Once you have the book--do what it says. Mastery of even some of his 5 attributes will separate your organization from the competition. Great speaker with a much-needed message!
