HireVue's powerful and easy-to-use video interviewing and hiring decision platform connects job seekers directly to employers through live and virtual interviews.

Used by thousands of candidates and hiring staff in more than 110 countries, HireVue video interviews can be initiated directly from Taleo Business Edition, Taleo's talent management solution for companies with up to 5,000 employees. The interviews are recorded over the Internet via webcams then stored using HireVue's proprietary and secure technology. Employers can access the interviews directly from Taleo Business Edition and seamlessly compare and contrast candidate responses for faster, more efficient hiring decisions.
