He was one of the early pioneers of Transformational Learning in the US and worked with some of the original research team that developed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He founded Sensei International, which focuses on improving the quality of business through leadership. The company helps senior leaders boost performance and profits through emotional engagement with each other and their work. Omar's latest book is titled Liberating Passion, How the worlds best Global Leaders Produce Winning Results, published by John Wiley & Sons. Omar calls passion the "leadership software extraordinaire."
