David Rock is one of the thought leaders in the global coaching profession. The integrated coaching system he developed in the mid-90's has since been taught to over 4,000 professionals in more than 15 countries. He is the author of Personal Best (Simon & Schuster, 2001), and Quiet Leadership (Harper Collins, April 2006) and a university textbook "Foundations to Coaching" (Wiley & Sons, late 2006). As an adjunct lecturer at New York University's Center for Management at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, David co-founded a complete coach training certificate curriculum, and is involved in the development a Graduate Certificate in Coaching.

David is independently researching how large organizations are integrating coaching and presenting his findings at the Global SHRM and ASTD conferences in 2006, as well as exploring the links between coaching and the brain in collaboration with world renowned neuroscientist Jeffrey M. Schwartz, M.D.

David's coaching organization Results Coaching Systems (RCS) has operations in New York, London, Singapore, South Africa and Auckland, as well as Sydney Australia where it is headquartered. RCS is helping many leading organizations around the globe build internal coaching competencies, including working with several Fortune 100 clients. David's strength lies in his ability to systemize solutions-focused, self-directed coaching, enabling organizations to deliver wide scale coaching programs. His programs have to date trained over 1,000 internal coaches.

As a speaker, David presents to thousands of executives each year at industry workshops across the globe. In 2005 he ran workshops at two prestigious global summits, the International Human Resources Management conference, and the International Positive Psychology Summit. David is renowned as a passionate and inspiring presenter with a deep knowledge of the art and science of coaching and how it can help large organizations transform their culture and achieve their goals.
