Patrick Tedjamulia co-founded the International Mentoring Network Organization (IMNO), a non-profit organization, together with Chris Deaver and Jetmir Hysi about seven years ago. IMNO is the founder of the Open Source Mentoring Movement. The aim of the non-profit organization is to make career mentoring available to everyone. IMNO empowers individuals to have 1 on 1 mentoring sessions with leaders around the world.

In addition to IMNO, Patrick has nine years of marketing experience in internet, high-tech, and CPG. He has worked for Novell, Altiris, Procter & Gamble, and currently works in Brand Management for General Mills.
